They made me go back out into line to get an online order. They would not let me pick it up inside after I placed another order and already paid for it. The staff is usually not very nice. Someone had spilled a shake by the door and it was not cleaned up but only a wet floor sign that you had to step around and then over the sticky mess.

Went through drive through and bought my 14 year old a 10 piece chicken nugget value meal. Asked to purchase a toy for my 4 year old daughter and was told by the drive through operator that he can’t just give me a toy. I responded, I did not ask you to give it to me I asked to purchase it for my daughter she is 4. He said he was just told they can not just sell me the toy! They denied a paying customer a toy for her young baby but took my money for the value meal! I am super upset. I’ve been a customer since I was a child. I have a 30 year old son that I always bought toys for! I have never met such poor customer service and such inconsiderate people. Needless to say my baby was super sad she couldn’t get her toy! It breaks my heart that this is what McDonald’s has become! I have alway brought my children to play in their indoor playgrounds and have supported every McDonald’s financially through years of being a faithful customer! My baby should have never been denied a toy that I was gonna pay for! EVER! Not a good experience at ALL! Shame on you McDonald’s for denying a baby a toy because you wanted to force the parent to purchase a happy meal. Not taking into consideration that I already purchased an adult meal.
