This is the worst one ever. I mobile ordered curbside. I checked in when I got there, waited 15 minutes for someone to come & tell me they don’t have any shakes because they’re closing. They shouldn’t have confirmed the order or be on the mobile order page. I’m very disappointed.

This McD had to be the worst I’ve ever seen; dirty, drug dealers making deals in parking lot, restaurant employees were inattentive and lazy. The DT menu board is non-existent. Washrooms were absolutely disgusting- womens was out of order and mens toilet was clogged and smelled like $hit.

West Ferry McDonald’s is dirty and their employees don’t care. I would not advise you to eat here. Go the few extra blocks to Niagara st McDonalds.

Went to the one on west ferry and went inside and seen a rat in the eating area immediately walked out. Notice all the workers was just playing on they phone and not taking order or anything. They literally have no drive thru signs of anything. This McDonald’s is HORRIBLE staff is HORRIBLE it needs to be closed down. Even the managers are HORRIBLE here. You have crackheads in side asking you for money and the staff don’t do anything about it. They need to close this place and the health department needs to just close it
