I wish I thought to take a photo while I was in there, I’m sure other restaurants have this problem being that bugs are attracted to light at night however there were thousands at the least, bugs WITHIN the store. I have never left a google review as I don’t usually care enough, however this was terrifying to see. There is absolutely no way there are not bugs in the food and the drinks, even overheard the associates making hesitant comments that there are bugs in the orders before serving, I definitely can’t eat there nor should anyone. I understand the workers just want to be paid but I would have immense guilt.

Went in to get some eats before ordering ran to bathroom. Which was absolutely disgusting, a women came in and left while I was doing my business. When I got out I had asked my boyfriend who came out of the bathroom before I did, as that person didn’t wash their hands he told me it was a worker. Glad he told me before we ordered. absolutely disgusting.

Ended up leaving without food. Very disorganized workers and atmosphere was not good inside. We were going to get takeout because it’s been like this before. Ended up leaving without out food and they gave us credit on my husband’s app. They never placed the order. Sad because both my children worked here growing up and it ran smoothly then.

Sorry, I need to give this location a low rating. I was at McDonald’s on 8/17/23, 12-12:30. Food was the same as all locations, quick and fine. The customer service through the drive thru was absolutely appalling. The women who was working the monitor was so incredibly rude and spoke with such animosity it put me on guard. It’s enough of a deterrent to say that I will make sure never to order from this McDonald’s again. If you’re in the area and are looking for cheap food there’s a 7/11 half a mile down the road that borders the same quality with better prices. Do yourself a favor and skip the visit.

Service at the counter was slow, they got our order wrong along with a drive thru order and a delivery order wrong in the 30 minutes it took to get our food. It took them 20 minutes just to take our order they were so focused on drive thru and delivery orders which they were getting wrong. Floors were dirty, employees seemed a bit clueless. The girl called our order and then turned right around and put it back in the kitchen before I could get to the counter then spent 10 minutes getting other orders followed by 5 minutes of confusion when I asked for our order. Our order was wrong but it was an extra sandwich and larger fries than was on the receipt instead of anything missing.

I seldom ever (maybe 3 or 4 times a year) eat fast food, today my visit to McDonald’s on Abbott Rd in Lackawanna for a Quarter Pounder with cheese took 19 minutes after being offered the wrong food twice and finally receiving my burger it was barely warm. It was an odd experience to say the least. The only saving grace for this McDonald’s location is that the staff was quite nice although never offering an apology.

Food is always fresh and the attitudes of the employees are usually chipper unlike most McDonald’s. However they need to monitor the drive-thru Lane more carefully. Twice I’ve gone through and was completely ignored while the other lane was being accepted.

Did a custom order, every was exactly as intended, good was hot and service was quick, did curbside so atmosphere is kinda not a factor but it’s a nicely laid out parking lot.
