I ordered on the app and the lobby was closed. I went through the drive thru and the guy working said that everyone quit except for him and he was only making 1 sandwich and 1 drink and refused to make the order that I already paid for through the mobile app. I asked how I was supposed to get a refund and he claimed he “never used the app” and told me to contact customer support. I contacted customer support and was promised a refund within 3-5 days. 3-5 days then turned into a week so I called corporate again and they told me the restaurant was supposed to contact me to give me the refund, which of course they did not. I still have yet to get my refund. Do not go to this Mcdonald’s, you’ll end up paying for food you never received and will have to go through extreme lengths just to get a refund (which I still haven’t gotten).

McD’s new format of ordering from a kiosk is slow and cumbersome. Not very inviting for a hungry customer. Fast food, but not fast. I guess you end tonorder from the APP in advance to get quick service. Not favorably iimpressed.

Hours on door and online say they open at 6 . Have been in drive-thru multiple times between 630 and 700 and been ignored by the staff inside. No other customers in sight and multiple staff inside but no service given.

Arrived at the McDonald’s a few minutes before they were to close, waited in line, got up to the microphone got told please hold on Marcy took care of the customer that just pulled around and then came back to the Mike to tell us they were closed really that was rude if they were going to close, they should’ve told us that right away instead of saying Please wait , bad customer service , and very disrespectful people working there, never again I wil go to this mc Donald’s again

Box came with dried ketsup on it an nuggets were like old hard dry dog biscuts..not to mention i had to send old cold grease heavy fries back. Terrible. I think they count on people just not wanting to go back for refunds management did compensate me for this so. I will give two stars for Resolution.

What can I say – I ordered at the self-service kiosk but it doesn’t accept cash so I had to wait in another line to cash out. Cheeseburger was not even warm … it was like it sat on a shelf for a half hour. Service was friendly and fast.
