at about 9:30pm, i decided to try the drive through. it has been quite awhile since i’ve been to this particular store. my 3 previous experiences were not good. i emphasized “pickle” on my burger, and there was no sticker on the box, so i asked if there were pickles. the young woman said that she didn’t hear me say it. i gave the burger back for a new one, and she came back within seconds. i asked if they just took the pickles off, and she got so nervous…well…the manager brought the next burger…it looked fresh, but i still thought hard about just asking for my $ back.

I picked up breakfast and paid for an extra syrup, so when she handed me the bag, I asked if the extra syrup was in there(last time it wasn’t) and she said Yes it is. I get 10 minutes away to deliver breakfast and it’s not there, in fact no syrup or plastic ware. I called the store just now. A man answered and I told him and he said he put it in the bag, like I’m lying!! I don’t know whose bag he put it in, not mine! I asked that they don’t tell us yes it’s in there unless they ARE sure. I would’ve looked if she didn’t know. And he was immature and hung up the phone, is this how managers act. Rolling the dice on service at this store. Only bad review I have written. The hang up is why. Customers last.
