usually I don’t write reviews unless the service and Food is real poor. I was just in the drive-through and I know the lady probably meant no harm, but I sat there and heard her cough up mucus for two minutes before she asked for my order. So I called McDonald’s because you know it was pretty disgusting right when I’m about to get my food to hear that. I told them like hey I don’t know if she know that she could turn her mic off but I’m sure nobody wants to hear that. I wasn’t rude in any type of way because I know that coughing is totally normal Lol but they hung up on me twice.
