Avoid this McDonald’s! Their fountain drink machine has been broken for about a week. They don’t know how to make McFlurries or Big Macs, and forgot about having your menu items customized as they will happily take the request , but will then completely ignore them.

Instead of having me wait for fries, they gave me the scraps from the bottom that collected all the salt and were cold. I don’t think I have actually gotten a large fry from them. They fill it up as if it was a small fry almost EVERY time. It’s almost as if they know you won’t say anything or look in the bag before you leave the place.

I gave the drive thru person the coupon code from the McDonald’s app and was told it didn’t work, I refreshed the app and then said that the code was already used and I couldn’t use another deal for 15 mins. The cashier argued with me and said “there’s nothing she could do” with an attitude. I paid and when I got to the 2nd window I was told to pull up after asking to speak to the manager. After waiting I explained to the manager, Amelia that I wanted to use the coupon on my daughters phone she stated that I couldn’t use it because the transaction already went through. She said there’s nothing she could do. I just can’t believe this type of customer service exists.

I do not understand why McDonald’s specifically takes so long with door dash. I get there, literally NO ONE acknowledges you. 15-20 mins later they ask what you need. I don’t understand how this is commonplace now? Everytime “we’re short staffed” …. Then hire more people? Truly beyond confused. This is insane.

I went for an interview there and I was discriminated against the two white candidates were offered a drink while me being mixed was not offered to drink I was not given any respect during the interview as Jason the interviewing manager kept looking over his shoulder at the white candidate behind me and then brushed me off when I called to complain to the franchisee owner Timothy he said there and had the same feelings as Jason and could care less about my feelings and said that they do not have to offer equal opportunities to anybody there so I will be filing discrimination charges because every employer has to offer equal opportunities no matter somebody’s race gender so on and so forth and I have all of it on recording as well
