I have eaten here a few times – always with some negative issue. Today, it cannot be overlooked. The burger, requested with no sauce, not only had sauce but looked like it had been shredded or dropped and torn. The fries, as usual, came semi-filled. When you order a large fries, what you really get is a large fry container with about a medium amount of fries. It’s a wonder no one has thought to do a class action suit as McDonalds surely benefits financially from this discrepancy of amount. Much like others have been sued for putting only 62 ounces of catsup in a 64 ounce bottle.

Girl at the drive threw gave us our drinks and we knew she gave us the wrong size and she played it off that it wasn’t her fault WHEN it is but her attitude was really bad. She needs to be retrained how to treat customers. Bad attitude go home.

Ordered a plain Mcdouble and 4 piece mcnuggets for a total of $3.78…..got home and burger had everything on it. Immediately went in the trash, so I paid $3.78 for a four pc nuggets….. called to let them know and shift supervisor didn’t really care. You want to make $15 an hour fine, but at least get the dang order right, especially when you’re the supervisor and the one that took my order.

Came here for lunch today with my daughter and she got her usual plain Hamburger happy meal her meal was fine but not mine I got a quarter pound with cheese and once I took a bite my burger was completely raw and cold but I did manage to get one of the associate attention after saying excuse me a few times and she took that raw burger and got me another one and that one was much better just giving everyone a heads up please check your burgers before eating

Went there to relax, get a quick bite. They were short staffed, so it took FOREVER to get my order. When it finally came out, the very first bite of my fries had a foot long blonde hair in them, and they were cold! The worker offered an apology and fresh fries!! Burgers were great!!
