In my personal opinion, this McDonald’s is one of the best I’ve ever been to. The fries, chicken, and burgers are fresh every single time (rare to get fresh fries/nuggets at most McDonald’s). I drive past the Moon township McDonald’s to go to this one for a reason. Service is great, friendly workers, always honor the app coupons, etc. I’ve gotten all the sauces I ordered every-time, and if every McDonald’s was ran like this one, the world would be a better place lol

Manager yelled at my husband in front of employees and other customers for speeding even though we were well under the limit for a parking lot. Don’t take your bad day out on customers that didn’t do anything wrong. Will not give this location my money again

This place doesn’t mess up my orders and is decently fast. The drive through is backed up and slow often though. The tables are mostly not clean but it’s an easy wipe. Staff is friendly and it’s often very quiet! (Breakfast is my personal favorite haha.)

My coworker got us lunch two days in a row the first day she didn’t have any Big Mac sauce on her Big Mac can’t have a Big Mac without the Special Sauce the next day my quarter pounder with cheese was pink although the manager was nice I do not appreciate being given a burger with pink in it I most likely would never go to this McDonald’s I’ve never been given half cooked food this is highly disappointing

They messed up my order twice and never fixed it so i got half of the correct order and half of food that wasn’t what i ordered , including drinks. The kid never said a word to me when he shoved my food bag at me in the window . $35 for 3 people for breakfast and they didn’t care. Too many kids that need more training and less money per hour is what they need . Also don’t bother getting ice cream. The machine hasn’t worked in 3 months.
