I’ll say the one positive service is very fast dirty tables sloppy food nuggets and fries lukewarm it look like my burgers were made by a five-year-old the cheese was halfway off the bun on one and on the other almost everything look like it was completely uneven and out of place it’s like they don’t care cuz they don’t bathrooms were okay they don’t cook their quarter pound meat fresh I can tell cuz my jalapeno quarter pounder they use cheese whiz on top and I only know that cuz it was setting on top not melted whatsoever because the Patty had been lukewarm from sitting in there heater thing fast service only positive here

This use to be the only McDonalds I would go to. Ever since they lost the manager Zach this has become the worst McDonalds around. You always wait, the fries are ALWAYS cold, the hamburgers are bland and sloppily put together and the staff looks like the most miserable bunch of people you’ve ever seen. I avoid this place at all costs. I bet if they were the ones paying for the food it wouldn’t taste like absolute garbage.

Food is always pretty good. Staff could be friendlier. I really don’t care for all the fast food restaurants redoing their businesses in a very sterile and too modern atmosphere. The only McDonald’s in our area that feels warm and inviting is the one in Monongahela.

This location is HORRIBLE! The employees are RUDE and they don’t wear nametags, so it makes it a challenge to complain on horrible customer service. They KNOW they are rude! On top of that – don’t order more then a meal or you are guaranteed to get parked. Don’t order a mighty kids meal if you are looking for a small fry or small drink because according to a RUDE EMPLOYEE – corporate doesn’t do it that way….they give you a kids fry and drink. It’s ridiculous! And you want a 6 piece chicken nugget – it’s a grill order – a 4 piece add 2… CRAZY! We were parked – fries were cold and the chicken nuggets – half were cold and nasty – half were good.I will NOT be going back there! They are a horrible representation of McDonald’s.

This franchise has been taken over by the Alamo Restaurant Group just as the McDonald’s in Monongahela was. The service here has improved. In Monongahela, service sucks and it takes forever to get your food. Mostly all the employees were replaced and the replacement employees never smile and haven’t a clue what is going on.

This McDonald’s location is built into a 7-Eleven convenience store/BP gas station. The interior seating area is a bit small, and the drive thru is one lane around the back of the building. The food and service is on par with what you would expect at any other McDonald’s.

I guess this is a large fry at this location. I took a survey the last time I visited McDonald’s, which was also very bad, and was supposed to get a free large fry as described on the receipt. So I decided to give McDonald’s another try. Big mistake. I ordered a fish sandwich and wanted my free large fry. She rang up a medium fry and a fish sandwich. I said the receipt had a free large fry. I got my food and looked and my large fry looked like this. What a cheat. So I took it back and asked if I could get a real large fry. And this is what I got I had to ask for my receipt probably because she knew I was mad. Honestly, I’m never going to McDonald’s ever again. I’ve have no interest in pathetic companies.
