My sausage biscuit appeared to be freshly made and my coffee was hot. It also appeared to be be freshly made. Nothing seemed to have been sitting for awhile. I went through the drive-thru, that’s why I did not rate atmosphere.

I go to this McDonald’s all the time! The staff in the morning is lovely. The service is fast and pleasant. The lady who works the drive thru in the morning is VERY friendly (believe her name is Linda!!) I don’t usually go inside, the drive thru has great service though!

I would LOVE to compliment the 2 young men working there, the guy that took the order was very patient, informative and friendly….the guy at window 2 was super friendly and polite as well…..I left smiling because I was elated to see young people doing such a good job and being polite! I almost want to come back every day! I didn’t get a receipt because I paid in exact change and didn’t want one, but I wish I would have.

Not a single clean table to sit at! They Made my sandwich wrong and got looked at funny for asking for it to be corrected. Then wasn’t given ranch and stared at instead of being asked what I needed. Really understaffed and poorly managed. The manager was polite but all the employees were disrespectful and need fired.

I stopped going to this one. For years, here and in other areas of the world, I’ve been able to substitute the biscuit that comes with the Big Breakfast with an English muffin. The location told me they no longer do that. I contacted corporate, corporate told me this was a franchise decision. I contacted the franchise and they didn’t bother to contact me back. I guess they’re cool with not even explaining their position. I’ll go somewhere else with some customer relations sense.
