Food is always good and they very rarely get my order wrong, however, the staff are extremely rude. I had gone in one night to grab some nuggets and fries, they were a bit busy so when the worker gave me my food I said “I appreciate you thank you” and received an eye roll with no response. Customer service is part of the fast food industry, once the workers treat the customer better they might receive less negative responses.

I went to this location 3 days in a row. Every single time I was dissatisfied with my purchase. The first time, my food was barley warm. Tasted like it sat out for hours, and was very salty for a . The second time, I got a free item for my birthday. It was n apple pie. The pie hardly had an filling in it and was very dry, and again was not fresh. The third time I ordered a spicy chicken an a classic chicken. So much sauce on it made my throat and ears burn just from a bite. I’m sad that McDonald’s wants to raise the cost for less value. They don’t even care what it looks like. It literally looks like garbage when they give it to you. I ended up throwing all 3 order away. My son wouldn’t even eat his.
