This McDonald’s is the worst. Just lazy employees and can’t even put a bigmac together the right way. Doesn’t matter if there’s 1 car or 5 cars in the drive thru its still going to take forever to get your food

Stopped yesterday for a quick sandwich. There was no one at the register. Ended up ordering from the kiosk. It wasn’t working properly and gave everyone a blank “receipt” so no one knew their number. I was the last “lucky” person able to pay with a card. Waited 30 minutes for our food. The lady ahead of me waited just as long for a coke. Another guy and his son had been waiting 45 minutes. They lost his order completely. Numerous people left without their food because they were catching a plane (it is next to an airport). When my husband demanded a refund, they finally gave us our meal. People were trying to get someone to come to the register so they could pay for their food. One woman finally came to the register but had no clue what to do because everyone was holding a blank piece of paper. She walked away and never came back. Worst experience I have ever had at any McDonald’s.

Hopefully the department of health sees this these pictures are taking from public accessible areas this place is absolutely nasty I have been in McDonald’s down south never this dirty this is by far the worst McDonald’s ever The owner should be ashamed of themselves just think this is what I see at the counter imagine what it looks like behind where I can’t see in the refrigerators and everything like that The people that they have working there look like they haven’t showered in weeks

I got 4 quarter pounders with cheese, 1 double quarter pounders with cheese, 2 lrg fries, 1 lrg fry, no salt, and 1 lrg sweet tea. I drove to my nieces new house in brenizer to help finish cleaning. We took our dinner break, and all 5 burgers were raw inside. I called immediately and the manager Tyler was nice and said the cook must have cooked them all together, and he could see them being raw. Said come back within 30 days, and he would replace or refund. (The 3 fries were eaten, 1 tea drank) I called today and spoke with Riley, I advised her that I wanted a refund not a replacement. We all had stomach cramps and other symptoms from eating raw meat. (I told Tyler that my husband had 2 bites left, me and my niece had 2 bites taken, and the others were not touched. We stopped eating and spit out the raw meat. I offerrd to take photos of the burgers and send them to him, he said no its not needed) Riley said to come in for a refund. I go in and she advises me they can’t refund all the burgers only 3. I told her they were all raw and I offered photos to send him, and he declined and said he didn’t need them. She repeated that she was only told to refund 3 qrtr pounders, not the others. I said, “Can’t you just call him back because I’m sure he’s mistaken. She said managers have things to do at home, and I can’t call him. I said you just called him before you came to see me. She said he called her, I said, “How did he call you?” She then said yes I called him. I said just call him because he made a mistake. She repeated multiple times I was told only to refund 3. I gave in, and I am calling corporate. We got sick from it. They didn’t apologize at all. I will be calling corporate. She refunded only the 3. I just wanted my money back for the raw burgers. I asked her if she could take my info and have him call me. She ignored me. I said, “Excuse me and repeated myself. She just looked away, I asked if she was really ignoring me. I said ok when is the next time he’s in, I’ll call him? She said idk. I said really? Is he here tomorrow, she said he’s here tomorrow. She acted like I was the enemy and I did something wrong to them. So I just said forget it, I’m calling corporate then and left. Please check the burgers before eating or giving them to your children.

I wouldn’t know if the food is good. I never got waited on. The service is terrible. I sat at the drive through for some time waiting. There was only one other car there. They never acknowledged I was there waiting. After several minutes a just drove off. Never even got to order. So I can say the service SUCKS. I will never stop here again. Save your time and try a drive through somewhere else.

There is no counter service. You must order from the kiosk. When I stood at the counter a very young woman, with an attitude, informed me that if I wanted to order I had to use the kiosk. Also… yes there’s more…The beeper on one of the fryers beeped loudly & continuously non-stop during our meal. Very annoying. What made matters worse is that the “servers” shouted at each other over the noise.

The manager (Trevor) was awful. After waiting 25 minutes in the drive thru for our order, we got home and realized it was wrong. I contacted the store and spoke to Trevor who was rude and wouldn’t let me speak. He then began making kissing noises at me. What a weirdo! I can’t believe this guy is a manager. Not a good look McDonalds.

This was a very nice McDonald’s when it first opened. Guessing the owner passed away. It is the worst McDonald’s in SW PA now. Wait 30mins for a burger laying in two PCs in the bag or undercooked. They won’t ever replace it either. Ignorant employees. I ate there yesterday and now have food posioning. Never again. Someone needs to get the nice young lady with braids to a better store. You will regret going here, you have been warned.

Manager refused to take my order at the register . Said only way they would take my order is through their machines . Completely rude to me . I’m paying with cash and I’ll order from a human being than a machine . I won’t order there again . Don’t worry kfc had no problem taking my order
