Very unorganized, unprofessional store. No drink included in Kids Meal and once asked for it, they were out of Apple juice. No ketchup filled up in the dispenser. No hand towels (Health code Violation) in the men’s room. Dirty tables. Several people working in the store all only focused on talking instead of keeping up with the business.

Hamburgers were not completely cooked, they were so greasey that the container was soaked with it and running out of it.The interior of the restaurant was is greasey you had to watch how you walked so you wouldn’t slip and fall. Not impressed.

I never make reviews but today I felt compelled to make one. I took my grandma out to lunch, she is 90yrs old and doesn’t get to go out much. I wanted to make a point to give credit to two gentlemen who were there working at the Brockway location, one who was at the register and took our order and one who held the door for us on the way inside. I unfortunately did not get their names but they left a very lasting impression. One of the men traveled 2 hours to work at the Brockway McDonald’s that day and he stated he was from the south. Both of them were late 20’s early 30’s, if I had to guess. They were truly the most genuinely polite humans I’ve met in awhile. They made my grandma and myself feel so welcome while we ordered and also checking on us after our order came out. We arrived alittle bit after breakfast had ended and she really had her heart set on a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. They went above and beyond and made that happen for her. The man who also took our order politely asked my grandma if she was a senior, it gave her such a giggle. (I’m sure he knew she definitely was) They deserve to be recognized for their amazing customer service and hospitality. Give these employees a raise because they deserve it!
