I don’t expect much from McDonald’s. They are what they are. If I wanted gourmet food, I would go elsewhere. The one thing I DO expect, however, is halfway decent customer service. I truly don’t think it’s too much to ask but, somehow, this McDonald’s location fails to deliver it. Consistently. Rude, inattentive and seemingly bothered by the fact that the customer would have the audacity to even come there and order food in the first place. My advice: Wendy’s is right up the road. The food is better and the people are MUCH friendlier. No competition.

Terrible service with the people and their attitudes, I know it sucks working but at least give a smile or an actual care.
