It is very sad to see an American “icon” fall so miserably. This is a newer McDonald’s, and first off the staff is Great and attentive. However I didn’t think the food at a McDonald’s could get worse? And nothing the employees in at this location did. This is the slop corporate sends them. The new buildings including this one, are not restaurants by far. Box shoe boxes equivalent to a Jiffy Lube. Butler PA had, although older standards 80s McDs. But homey and classic. Tore down for a CVS and moved to a highly congested area. The drive traffic through at new one, easily wraps around the shoe box. Making it hard to get into safely. Hate it. Will not be back.

After a long day of shopping with my 3 kids, they asked for McDonald’s. I ordered ahead on the app. Got there 15 min later. I was asked to pull ahead and wait. That’s fine. 25 min later, they bring out our 3 happy meals, 10 piece nuggets and 3 mcdoubles. I get home and we start to eat, only to realize every single sauce we ordered wasn’t there. Kids were super bummed. It feels like every time we order, something is missing.

Horrible! Paid for large meals and when they handed me a mediums I said I just requested and paid for larges. The girl then tried to tell me I was a liar and refused to give me what I paid for and was on the screen. Worst customer service. All you needed to do was give me the correct size. Smh
