One star due to horrible customer service. I ordered a mocha Frappe using my points off of the app and I was waiting for over 10 minutes. During that time the machine had broke. This isn’t the issue however. The issue was that an employee saw me and knew I ordered a Frappe and in a rude voice said that it seems like I wasn’t getting my Frappe today and didn’t make an effort to at least give me a free voucher. The same employee not even two minutes later stormed to the back because two customers had come in cause they had been given the wrong things and she loudly said that she wasn’t dealing with rude people. I had to leave at 7:37 a.m. with no Frappe cause I had school and when I got to my school it said that they had it finished at 7:35 a.m. I do want to note that this is the only shift that I had issues with my order and they weren’t even busy this morning. Overall I just wish that I had at least gotten a free voucher.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, either they don’t put what you order in the bag or it’s wrong every time… have had to go back into this store every single time we’ve ordered through the drive thru due to wrong or missing orders. They’ve gotten 1 order of ours correct in 2 years of living in titusville. Very poor service, teenagers partying in back with no sign of management in sight. Took 15 minutes for them to find a manager & manager told me we ordered incorrectly at the drive thru was the reason our food we payed for didn’t get put in the bag for the 3rd time in 1 week. I advise checking your bag before leaving the drive thru window it WILL be wrong or missing!

Waited 35 minutes in curbside pickup and the order was paid for by 5:06pm. Their truck pulled in at 5:12pm, I went to drive thru after waiting 35 minutes and they said it was ready at window 2. I’m waiting at window with a big 2 over it and they didn’t come until 5 cars went through behind me at window 1. Hands me the 2 bags (she was very friendly) but 1 bag has pop 1/2 gone with lid not on spilled on my lap. I just asked that I not have to pay. But it was paid for 35-45 minutes earlier by now. Why don’t they do them in the order they come in? And the truck was half empty that pulled in 6 minutes after me! WTH?????

Good service and good food. Even better is that the place hasn’t been remodeled and is like a throwback to my childhood. Makes the experience all the better. Of course if the restaurant wasn’t as clean as it is then it wouldn’t be as comforting. However, the place is very nice and kept up. The pictures shown are the “vintage” high chairs.
