Drive up service was good, pleasant cashier, ordered a frozen coke 3 different times in one week it was either not ready to serve or they didn’t have the product. My friend ordered chocolate Sunday paid for extra chocolate syrup on it , did not get it, happens just about every time he orders one. The positive the high school students are great !! Nice and friendly. Keep up the good work kids !!

I have not gone to the McDonald’s once and they got my order correct. Not once. I even ordered two small fries thinking that you just can’t mess this up but they did. They only gave me one small fry. Also the food looks and taste as if it’s just done in a hurry with no care or time put into it.

The food is never right the orders are short. I returned fries because the fry container was not even filled and a manager gave me my new frys and the container was still not full. Not happy with the service here ever!!!

Absolutely horrible service tonight. Ordered on the app, checked in right before I entered into the line. Gave code at speaker, got receipt at 5:12 pm, went to get food and was handed a free cone or fries card and was asked to pull in lane one to wait lol… other ppl ordered behind me received their food, another vehicle pull in beside me waiting a couple min before getting his food. I’m still sitting there and I finally get my order at 5:28 pm. 16 minutes!!!!!!! That’s right folks… ordered on the app… big mac, quarter pounder, med fry, pie and cookies ( they already have made and sitting in warmer)

Just My Touch
More and more with all establishments it seems as though they are keeping food alot longer than they are supposed to and serving customers old and dried up items. I have had nearly hollow pies so to the inside shrinking up and drying out on multiple occasions. And for 1.79 a pie they should be fresh! Also, I stopped ordering any type of chicken sandwiches due to them being either over cooked or sat out so long they begin to dry up. I will say this though, the managers are kind and quick to resolve any complaints.
