Food was as expected very tasty, even though we visited during the height of the lunch rush, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great dining experience. While eating I noted the young man tending the drive in app orders was also tending the dine in counter, and really on top of his game.

ATTITUDE of GRATITUDE
We ordered in the drive thru a bundle pack for the hub and daughter to split. They still ended up fighting over the chicken nuggets anyways lol. Our order was correct, prompt and hot. I myself ordered a large chocolate shake (no whip) and 2 of the limited edition holiday pies. I then drove around so my daughter and I could go in and use the bathrooms. They were very clean and spacious with the exception of one stale that was so tiny I was beginning to feel like I was being punished for something. The Christmas tree was decorated with little French fry box’s. Full hand sanitizer by the doors was good to hit on the way out before eating our food.

5th time being here. Everytime we go in to order food, the floors and counters are always sticky and no one cleans it. There were flies flying in the customer dining rooms last time we went there, who knows it might been flying in their kitchen landing on people’s foods. Service is slow and food not always superb, we received cold and old foods been sitting around. Used to be better back then when it first opened. Some employees care some do not. Kudos to those who do a fantastic job.

Edit: just went back today to give these guys a second chance and i got no meat on either of my 2 burgers and didnt open them till i got home. Will not being going back. Original- Pull up to the drive thru at 11:02 the lunch menu was up so I proceeded to order a happy meal for my daughter. The girl stops me and says hold on let me see if we r serving lunch yet? So she finally takes our order we pay pull up to the second window. The guy gives us our drinks and tells us to please park in the one spot because they weren’t ready for lunch yet and that our food would be right out. 20 mins later it comes out, I drive away start eating my fries they are cold and soggy. Not happy if I had to wait so long for them to be ready for lunch why does my food taste like it’s been sitting for an hour.

Absolutely awful environment to work in. From what I understand since I left there is a new general manager, and the atmosphere has improved. In terms of everything else, food is sometimes skimpy and customer service is….mixed. (Sidney dear, if you’re reading this you’re doing great.) My family and I got mcflurries from there a couple of days ago, and there wasn’t a lot of ice cream in the cups. Not worth the price.

They upcharge you for all drinks. I ordered a medium drink and fries, they upcharged my order to a large drink and fries and when 8 confronted the manager about it, he tried to convince me that I was given medium sized items and then told me I ordered large size items. REALLY??!! I then call the owners (Rippon Family) and left messages but they never called back. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER AND receipt. HIDDEN FEES!!!
