Usually very good for a quick bite, staff is fast with the food. Can be tough during high traffic conditions, drive thru area tends to back up a bit. Overall very clean, offers a play place for kids and cozy stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Terrible service, the last time on Friday when we went, you could hear the staff clear as day swearing at each other. You don’t expect to hear the f bomb over and over so loudly. I always have to wait for food. Sadly, it’s the better of the two McDonald’s on MacArthur road.

Great service. Just had a issue with the ice machine filled with black mold and after I told a worker they wiped it so it wasn’t majorly noticeable. But nothing was sprayed down or bleached. Disgusting.

I went through the drive thru last week and I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal with just ketchup and pickels on it. And we picked extra fries for the option. I was in a hurry so I left as soon as they gave me the kids meal. As I driving I ask the 4 year old boy if he wanted burger or fries first. He said fries. I open the happy meal and the only gave 1 little red box of fries. So, now extra fries. Ok, I wasn’t angry at that point but when I opened the cheeseburger, there was extra onions, extra ketchup, extra pickles, and mustard on top of the cheese and on the top bun. It was a huge mess. But still, I could scrape all the stuff off that want supposed to be on it but… There was no burger on the bun!!! It was bottom bun, cheese, condiments and top bun! I was running so far behind at this point (I also sat in the drive thru line for at least 10 minutes until I placed my order and picked it up at the window) I couldn’t even go back to have them make it right. I’m a very unhappy customer with this McDonald’s at this point.

Renovations made this place great, much easier to access from linden, doesn’t make quite the mess in the mornings like it used to. The kiosks inside make the McDonalds experience much better.

Very slow service, and when I sat down there was a crushed fly smeared all over the window. Absolutely disgusting. Will not come back to this location again. All tables have not been wiped down as they were covered in spilled drinks and old food crumbs smeared all over.

They still serve some of the greasiest lowest quality food around, but the value menu is hard to argue with, no matter how greasy and low quality it is. For cheap meals you may regret later this is a good choice, but for daily diet options you should look elsewear. The wait can be longer than i would consider acceptible for “fast” food. Remember, theres a reason mcdonalds is so highly associated with obesity.
