I went here to enjoy my breakfast, with a lactose intolerant allergy and I thought I could trust this place with my money. I ordered a bagel with EGG and SAUSAGE. When I got the bagel from the bag because I got food from the drive through I saw on the wrapper it said exactly what I ordered. I opened it up and it had cheese on it. Not only did it have cheese on it but it had cheese on both sides, each ingredient in the bagel. Making me scape the cheese off of this bagel isn’t the most satisfying thing for a beautiful morning like today. I’m not completely sure if these workers are lazy or just don’t care about their job, but this place really ruined my morning. I really don’t recommend going here.

80%of the McDonald’s in both lackawanna and luzerne counties are clean,efficient,have edible meals with a few exceptions like the one on kidder near the mall entrance and the one on south side plaza in scranton so who is managing and serving makes a big difference
