This place is a joke . Go somewhere else. Order a pick up order three meals . Got home and missing a sandwich. Called explained . Said be right back to get it . Got home with sandwich all burned my fries now not even warm. My ice t barely had ice . No apology or get you a fresh fries or something … don’t bother like I said go else where . Food is ok typical McDonald’s. However attention to detail lacks and at time forget items. Service is extremely slow but I understand that with people out there NOT wanting to work at all. However I know a friend who lives in walking distance applied and walked in store twice to talk to a manager about a position and was ignored each time. Customer service food attendants are beyond rude and have no respect for customers waiting for food. Cursing, yelling at each other and talks rudely to customers. No manners. Customer service training I believe needs to be addressed. This store has gone downhill over the years big time. Resident of Hatboro and worked for this McDonald’s location back in later 80s. Then excellent overall service definitely not today! Very sad! Making $15-16 for mediocre service. Something needs to change. I am ready to contact headquarters about this location. Dirty, no ice, nothing stocked. Just not good. Only reason I stop is for my daughter period.

Consistently bad. I’ve been maybe 5 times in my life and gave up on this location. Today I accidentally ordered food at this McDonald’s through the McDonalds app instead of the further location that I prefer. Nothing has changed. Consistently very slow and food is mostly a miss. Im ok with slow if the food is good. Fries in particular are almost always inedible from here, old, cold, and hard. Do not order a Dr Pepper here. It has tasted severely watered down for years. I cannot speak for the other sodas. They missed part of my order today as well, which is par for the course. If you have a Mac attack do yourself a favor and go to the next closest location.

Waited for five minutes at the drive-through speaker for someone to take our order. We were completely ignored. There were only two cars in front of us at the pay/food windows so they were not super busy. We drove away and went to Wawa. I’m thinking based on the other reviews about stale food it was all for the best. Talk about not wanting your business.

Dining room hours states 10pm. Arrive @ 8:54 and all the doors are locked and lights are off in the dining room. They just do whatever they want at this location I guess. I pull around to the drive thru and ask if they have grimace shakes…of course they don’t. Hot garbage.

The worse ! I ordered two hamburgers and fries . Took 14 mins to get the order . Two managers were standing around yelling at each other about who was on the clock and who wasn’t( the male manager said he wasn’t on the clock ) the employees are very rude and don’t know how to speak to customers at all !! This place is terrible . I was sorry I stopped there ! Never again ! Managers need couching fast !
