I don’t understand why I even try anymore, why give my hard working money to a company that basically doesn’t care about their paying customers. I went in today to get 2 large fries and there was literally 3 other people in the place, it was dead! We waited 10-15 minutes for our fries.

I have never been in this store. I have gone through the drive thru several times and each time there has been an item from my order that hasn’t been heated properly. Cheeseburgers have had a slice of cheese thrown on top, but not melted because the burger is only slightly warmed. Chicken nuggets as well have felt like they boxed them ahead of time and sat them out. The fish sandwich is good though. Definitely get the fish. Customer service seems stiff as there seems to be a rush to take your order and move onto the next. Don’t ask for too many items or you will be met with an impatient voice on the loudspeaker. Oh, and make sure not to change things up while giving your order because they don’t like that either.

Over the past couple of years customer service for many places has decreased significantly, ranging from fights between employees and customers to inadequate quality of food. One morning I noticed the McDonald’s located in Andorra shopping center had a new employee, later learned his name is Rob. As a new employee it was clear that he took pride in his work. Rob would ensure your order was correct before handing it to me. He welcomed me as I pulled up to the drive thru window and with a smile wished me a good day! I was super impressed by the customer service first thing in the morning and it got my day started off on the right foot. I mentioned to my son, that Rob had management qualities. Shortly after his first day, Rob is now part of the management team and he is STILL providing the quality of customer service demonstrated on his first day!!!! He can truly do a Ted Talk on taking pride in one’s job and how to be consistent with customer service. If you are in the area, stop by My McDonald’s and if you see Rob, stop and say hello and you will agree he’s a great asset to the McDonald’s family and our community !!! I know I have increased my patronage to McDonald’s of Andorra.

They aren’t even trying. They are rude and unapologetic despite consistently failing to provide acceptable meals and service. My order was filet no tarter no cheese only Ketchup. It was covered in tartar w/ cheese and sloppy. Tried to charge me twice. This type of result is almost always the case here.

I have never had a good experience at this location. Their service is absolutely awful. This last time we waited 20 minutes from the ordering screen to the window of the drive thru. The person taking our order started screaming at a coworker mid taking our order. They messed up our order once again I ordered a double cheese burger hot a mcdouble annoying but I guess I’ll just bite the bullet on the extra money and lack of cheese. I go to open it up to put fries on my burger (yeah I’m one of those people) and there is no pickle no onions and the ketchup is so soaked into the bread there’s no way this was put together recently. Like I purposely order easy things at this location because they mess it up so often. THEY MESSED UP A BASIC CHEESEBURGER.

here’s a helpful tip, if you want customers to pay at the first window, make sure somebody’s actually standing there. I was waiting by the first window but no one was there & it was dark so I went to pay at the service window, only to have some girl with an attitude, screaming at her coworker about how I didn’t pay, and when I told him that nobody was in the window and I had my card in my hand whatever who cares she came back with a bigger attitude like girl…. it ain’t that serious. maybe saturday afternoon shifts are too much for you. To top it off, my order was missing a sandwich but after that experience I wasn’t even going to go back to let them know, she’d probably accuse me of stealing again.
