The lady behind the microphone how to change the whole order. So that it would match up with their specials and I would get the better deal. But she didn’t realize this till already after taking the whole order. She did a great job catching it, and redoing the whole order over without showing any kind of frustration! VERY dirty location. Bathroom hasn’t really been cleaned, the soap dispenser Does Not Work. So unless the employees have a separate bathroom, and a working sink/soap dispenser I’m not sure how hygiene is being maintained.

Went to that location because it’s was the closet from the kids football tournament field, so we need something to put in the stomach in between game. The inside look good and clean except a couple of table that was not clean and some trash under a table from a customer a guess! We got in and order our food , one was the regular slushy.The store was not so clean but they have a lot of employe in the back chatting. First they serve the meal and forgot the slushy! I ask for it and When the slushy came it was more like a half water and half melted frozen ice. We ask for a new one and the “short lady in blue”Manila something like that I forgot her name.She ad some kind of attitude and I explain to her that the baby don’t want the slushy because it look melted and not like a slushy! I told her that I’m a customer and just want what I paid for! To make it short I request a Fanta instead! After giving me the Fanta she went in the back and start talking about me to the other crew members in Spanish(Martha and 3 others), too bad for her she didn’t know that as an immigrant myself I speak and understand Spanish. I think McDonald should train their staff at that location about good customer service by teaching them how to be respectful and professional! I’m pretty sure we gonna have to be In that area several time this upcoming season, but I don’t think we will go to that location ever again.

Horrible experience at this location they do not ever give any sauce when asked for and burn their fries and can’t make food taste edible. McDonald chicken nuggets are not meant to be eaten without sauce becsuee they taste like plastic the only thing that makes them taste good is sauce I never ever wnat sauceless McDonald’s ever

I have never had a worst experience at a McDonalds. Whoever was working April 1st (2023) truly has made me never want to come back even with it being the closest toward me. Before even ordering I had already received attitude from me taking the few seconds to wait until my app loaded. Asking for a side of something was a crime. And when I got to the window, the employee purposely dropped the change I was handing to her, then refused to speak to me. Understand no one wants to work at McDonalds, but you did choose to.

Had the worst experience at this McDonald’s today. I ordered a McChicken meal and another McChicken on the side. Both in the pictures below. One has basically no meat in it and the other had a hair in it. I called and the manager, a female, who one did not even apologize and asked if we come to this McDonald’s often to which we replied yea we do, to which she then replied back “ok your going to have to start going to a different McDonald’s”. She is at total fault and took no responsibility for the food that is coming out of the location she is running. The worst customer service I have experienced from a manager at this location and any other location. I would absolutely recommend another location after this experience.

This was several months ago, I Waited 13 minutes with several other patrons for my order, then received my drink an additional 5 minutes after that because they kept getting side tracked talking with another employee, one worker actually stopped working on an order to text in the kitchen. By the time I got my order and to my car everything was cold and went into the garbage can. Hope the squirrels enjoyed it, I sure didn’t… I haven’t been back since, several of my coworkers have had similar problems and have stopped going as well.
