It’s McDonald’s. It is not fine dining. An excellent opportunity for teens to earn a few bucks. I will say the restaurants are generally fast. Cleanliness is another topic for discussion. Apparently some managers do not feel the need for clean.

I’ve had decent luck at this McDonalds. The dining room doesn’t seem to be open, which is disappointing though. Drive-thru order accuracy has been good. It’s odd that you have to drive around the building in order to enter the drive-thru line. They also seem to have a problem with online ordering if you select an unsweetened iced tea, then customize with the half sweetened checkbox. They always tell me that my tea somehow tries to get classified as a breakfast item….

I have been overcharged for my combo meal ringing items up seperately. I asked the manager on duty this morning to explain charges why it is $9.51 versus $6.40. He stated everyone has been ringing it up wrong at his location and location 3 miles away where I get the same thing frequently. This is theivery. I do not plan to return.

I was charged $19.02 for 4 and 2 small French fries. What a rip off, and the person laughed at me when I told him that he made a mistake and he laughed more. So l just left and called the Manager and told him what happened. That this worker is over charging the customer, he acted like this was ok with him. I also filled a complaint with their Headquarters, they said they would get back to me at a later date.
