Ashley or Ashleigh, however it is spelled, was an absolute negative person to be served by. Started off with a nasty tone and then cut us off after ordering one thing saying “that was easy” rather than confirming if there was anything else, and when we pulled up she was visibly sighing and rolling her eyes at whomever was ordering behind us when asking what kind of sauce they wanted. Not a great look at ALL for any businesses ever. I dont care if you had a bad day. I do customer service as well and I would NEVER let myself be so blatant about a bad mood.

I rarely eat Mickey D’s any longer. I chose to have dinner at this location last night and I was pleasantly surprised. The cashier was super friendly and got my order correct, the sandwich maker came and asked about my special requests and executed it perfectly! The tea wasn’t overly sweet and didn’t have that typical dirty urn taste. My food was brought to my table and my fries were hot, fresh, and full. This location has won me back after many years of disappointment and refusal to eat McDonald’s unless it was the ONLY option and I was too hungry to just skip a meal. Thank you for a 10/10 experience!

I placed an order at this location yesterday afternoon and I didn’t receive any sauce for my meal so I waited until someone was able to help me and as everyone else was doing something, there was one older worker with glasses standing there on her phone grabbing FRIES WITH HER BARE HANDS AND EATING THEM. I’m not sure if management is aware of this or they just don’t care, but that alone is completely unacceptable. Eventually the same woman came over to me and it was very clear to me then too that McDonald’s does not care about personal hygiene. When I politely asked for some sauce, she straight up sighed and rolled her eyes as she walked away to grab it as if it was the end of the world to do ONE simple little task as I notice the rest of the crew actively working. And when I FINALLY was able to sit down and eat, I notice a long blonde hair in my food…icing on the cake. Worst experience I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. Don’t come here unless you want to deal with lazy rude and unsanitary crew.
