You can tell English is their second language, but for the most part, there isnt a communication issue. The service is quick and efficient. I stopped in after shopping and wanted the smokehouse burger. I was told they didn’t have the artisan roll and would I like a plain one. I agreed. The store was closing for renovations in a couple days. Well the burger was so greasy I had to keep wiping my face and hands. All I tasted was grease. There was barely anything on it but cheese. I was already gone by then ot I would have returned it. I paid seven dollars for a sandwich I couldnt eat. If management is reading this they should reimburse me.

McDonald’s is ok. I like their sausage biscuits but, the biscuits are hard as rock. I do not understand why window servers who take your money and serve your food aren’t very friendly. They really do not make you feel like you can’t wait to comeback, which for me that may be a good thing. It will help me to stop eating at fast food places except Hardees. They are very welcoming.

Charged me for a large drink, but then were out of large cups. Sauces for the McNuggets had some sort of dark, crusty residue on the outside of them. Long wait for the food, which was lukewarm at best. How this place stays open is beyond me.

I gave this young man this complicated order & he remained patient with me. Next, I saw another young man (McDonalds employee) help this elderly costumer by taking her food to a nearby table & got her set up with eating her meal. Finally, I was waiting on a milkshake and when it was ready a third young man brought it to me and even offered me a bigger bag and cupholder for all of the food. That’s AMAZING customer service! I’ve been inspired today. Kudos to the McDonalds team and the parents/guardians that raised the team on shift today 11/16/19 lunch time.

Worst McDonald’s in the Dover/Camden area. Fries and nuggets always look burnt and they don’t change the grease in the fryers. 9 times out of 10 that’s how it is. Need new management in that place.
