For the morning staff this is a paycheck. The cashier has an expression on her face that looks as though she has just been slapped. This is the only McDonald’s I have visited where they won’t add the sugar and cream to your coffee. I made the mistake of ordering a Carmel Frappe and of course was shorted on the amount of my beverage. Never again.

The worst customer service. I pretty much only go there…went there for coffee but, last week I went in and purchased a bacon, egg and cheese bagel for someone else. The sandwich was dry, cheese was not melted, clearly the sandwich was barley warm and definitely not hot. The non verbal and rolling of the eyes from the manager was unbelievable. Then she was taking her time getting a substitute, still not saying ANYTHING! I have had issues with this manager before not giving me my simple coffee order as ordered. I ask for a medium coffee with 4 cream, 4 sugar and she gives it to me black, EVERY TIME! Saying cream and sugar are in the lobby, granted but I asked for the cream and sugar IN the coffee. Today was the kicker though, I am not sure what virus of negativity as impacted the ENTIRE staff but I will never be thirsty or hungry enough to go back in there. They are messing up orders, taking their time, cussing and mumbling skipping customers, blaming customers. I am so irritated. So rude. So unnecessary.

The lady who was in cashier after 8h30 am is rude and unprofessional. I was waiting with my son our turn and she was on her phone navigating for a long time. When I told her “excuse me! Is it possible to order?” She was disrespectful and she looked at me with a bad way. She didn’t apologize, she just said “Yes”. I ordered and my order wasn’t complete. She didn’t apologize again and she let us wait for a long time again the rest of our order. Not a friendly or family place at all!

Extremely dirty. None of the tables have been wiped and its 2pm. Racist as well. Counter girl got my order wrong, when i brought it back she argued with me and had bad attitude, then manager saud they would fix it and 10 minutes later no one had done anything yet. Finally fry girl got my order. Never spending money here again

The customer service in this location is plain flat out horrible! On the rare occasion I come in the mornings, there is only one cashier that I enjoy. The rest and shift leaders there are awful. I have had mobile order issues, issues ordering in person when it’s not even busy. If they don’t hear your order correctly and have to change it in their end while in line they give you the WORST attitude as if it’s your fault for their error or you are wasting your time. I have worked and currently am working in the food industry in management and this is the WORST I have seen in any McDonald’s in the DMV area. I usually frequent here on my way to work in Bethesda since I don’t drive and the one in Bethesda isn’t metro accessible really. I am at the point that I rather commute literally to Tenleytown than rather give my business to this location. I don’t usually write reviews like this and give benefit of the doubt having worked in this line of work but never will they get my business and will file an official complaint of their location. Also it’s filthy when their aren’t even that many people around and the tables seem to never be looked at!

The customer service is unbelievable, THE MANAGER, i sorry i did not catch her name, but She was sooooooo rude this morning, I just can believe it. I went in this morning and once i went inside, The vibe with the manager was just nasty !!!! I understand she might have been under pressure or going thru something but don’t bring your problems to work, also you never take it out on a customer that did nothing to you, The way she was speaking to the customer was just rude. I did not like that, The poor guy may have not heard her once she called his number, but once he notice it was his order, the customer went up and she gave him a nasty look with an attitude and told him off. The poor guy was speechless. He did not say anything back, I was going to be the one to defend him. but did not want to make a scene. and i do feel bad for not standing up for him at that moment. but I don’t know why she think it’s okay to talk to a customer that way. Having a manager like that is unacceptable. A person like that does not deserve to have the lead roll. I don’t know how she got that position. But she should be taken off. Disrespectful !!!!

Just had a horrible experience at this location. I ordered a Quarter Pounder meal to go. When I get to my destination and bite into my sandwhich I realize the meat is not fully cooked. The hamburger is still pink, so I called and the first time nobody picked up the phone. The second time I get a manager (Widline) who is rude and hangs up in my face. I walk to the restaurant and the manager was rude, she wouldnt write her name down for me. Didnt apologize on the phone or even in the restaurant after hanging up on me. I finally got a return, but this was horrible service. To serve uncooked food and then not even apologize is horrible. The manager was rude and made the experience worse by telling me what temperature she cooks the meat. And hanging up in my face when I was explaining my burger being not fully cooked. I believe the staff does this due to it being allowed. I will be contacting the health department and Mazza Gallerie!
