I come to this location pretty regularly to get food. I came tonight and I ordered a plain double hamburger through the drive through. I always check my food because for some reason they always get it wrong and put condiments on it even though I ask for plain or they give me just 1 patty. I usually pull up after I get my food to check so I won’t hold up the line. And tonight they only gave me 1 patty even though I ordered a double hamburger. I parked and went to the door to let them know so they can fix my order. I knock on the door and one of the workers saw me and then just turned around like she didn’t even see me. Then another worker Laura saw me and ignored me as well and I told her through the door that my order is wrong and she yelled she doesn’t care. I said again my order is wrong she yelled she doesn’t care no and won’t even come to the door. I went back around to the drive through window and told the lady who was handing out the food who looked like a manager that my order was wrong. She looked and took the bag and then corrected my order. The. I asked her what was the lady name because she was rude and just waved me off and wouldn’t even listen when I was trying to explain to her my order was wrong earlier. The. The lady said my name is Laura with an attitude and spelled it. And said I should have went back through the drive thru line. I explained I was not doing that and that you wouldn’t even listen when I was trying to tell you my order was wrong and she said I don’t have to. And I’m lucky the lady fixed my order because I could get hit by a car by standing next to the window then I would be mad. I said why would I get hit. I normally have a good experience at this location but Laura needs to go back and have customer training again. I know this is just McDonald but it’s the principal of not being rude for no reason. All I wanted was my order corrected that they messed up. If she don’t want to work late at night or in the fast food industry then change your job. Don’t be rude or nasty for no reason especially when it was y’all who messed up my order.

Usually everyone here is nice jovial and on point . Drive thru 7:24 pm lady looked like shriek and gave me dirty looks . I was polite and happy and she refused eye contact . Refused to smile and gave off so much negative energy. In this day and time and age of economy and service if you have an attitude problem best work elsewhere or find a different job that doesn’t require basic hospitality . Not her first time as I remember the exact same feeling from previous . Hopefully someone sees this and checks her before it’s too late. What a waste of air

Worst McDonald’s in the area if you order cookies they give you a microwaved lump welded together if you show up between the hours of 2 AM and 4 AM their 24 hours McDonald’s is closed or can’t take money or is just out of stuff. Whenever there is a problem, I try to speak to the staff and the nighttime manager doesn’t even understand enough English to have a conversation with you about the problem. If I were you, I wouldn’t waste my time. don’t take a chance on these guys when you can go right down the street to the other McDonald’s who never has any of these problems, is just not worth the hassle or attitude the workers give you.

i just got home and was ready to eat, i see something dark on the bottom of the fries, and i thought it was a burnt fry, once i got a better look of it.. i noticed that it had legs and that it was dead bug in my fries. imma need my money back or i’m gonna sue.

When someone in the drive through orders an ice cream cone, please hand them the other food first and then make the cone. If you make the cone first and hand it to the person, they are left with only one had to reach and grab the remainder of the drinks and bags. Plus the ice cream starts to melt while they are waiting. Give them everything first and then anything involving ice cream.
