Manager here is so rude and useless. I was sitting at MacDonalds in overland drive and placed order. The app for some reason pick this MacDonalds which 10 miles away. I called to cancel order and manager hung up on me twice and then said come to location to cancel it. I asked her why she hung up on me twice and she said you were talking too fast for me.

This McDonald’s always disappoints me. There is always an issue with their Customer Service! I used the drive thru. It was 11pm on a Saturday evening. It was not very busy. There were two employees who were talking so much they could not hear my order. I ordered two shakes.; one chocolate and one strawberry. I had to repeat the order THREE times. It would also serve this McDonald’s to teach their employees to take a second to find out the price of items on their menu. For example, when I received the shakes I asked the employee how much a shake was. She Saud “honestly, I don’t know!” I said you work here you should know! She made no effort to find out!!!!!

People are sneaky!!! I wanted an number 2 small. They didn’t give me time to order and were rushing me and would call out meals at random. After I order I told them I wanted a small fry and drink. AND THEY SAID OK AND NEVER TOLD ME THE PRICE. And when I was at the first window they didn’t tell me the price and charged me for a large fry.
