Busy location! Everyone stopping off the highway to and from vacation probably. This location is connected to the Sunoco, so we fueled up and filled up! Food was hot and fresh! Brenda brought our food tableside and even gave us a fry when I fogot to add it to my order! Shout out to Brenda! This is why we choose McDonalds on our trips, quality food, quality service and a quick pit stop!

Made a mobile order that had a fudge sundae in it and was told they were out of ice cream. I was offered a pie or cookies to which they also didn’t have. This was around 9pm, 3 hours before they close so there should have been some ready. I was offered fries in stead which weren’t even in the bag. I had to go inside to switch out my drink because the syrup was low and you clearly tell it was. Had to ask for my sauces that were ordered while I was inside. I felt rushed and like I was inconveniencing the staff. This place is going down the drain and this used to be my favorite location.

I have held off on reviewing this location for a while. The majority of the time service S@&ks‼️ The attitudes of most of the employees are horrible. They will watch you stand at the counter while they carry on a personal conversation (that the customer can clearly hear). The manager is apologetic when you complain but nothing changes. I’ve called corporate a few times over the last year but you can see that goes nowhere other than a phone call and an apology. If it wasn’t for the fact that I love McDonalds fountain Coke, I probably wouldn’t go back. The things you do for what you like

Used to be a nice stop on the way home from work. Most recent visit 8/4, lady handing the food out all but threw it at me and when I asked for some salt to put on my unsalted soggy fries (which I’d already ordered as Extra salty), she fetched and tossed me three little packs of pepper. The lack of concern is astounding.
