Almost constantly messes up the Happy meal order. On latest occurrence asked if they remembered the sauce and they said yes and still there was no sauce in the box. It’s the point that I have to buy sauce elsewhere to have at home because this always happens. Waiting for my kid to outgrow this so that I don’t have to go there anymore.

Took my 10 ur old son to McDonald’s before he went to summer camp. While he was eating he saw a hair in his steak egg and cheese bagel, I took it back and they refunded me. I just hate to have situations especially with my child and somethings wrong with the food. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again.

I guess they really have speaker issues in the drive thru … because ole girl jacked my order up. I was speaking loud and clear, and she couldn’t hear me until the 4th try… but I had bogo on the breakfast sandwiches. What should have been a $5+ price range turned into $11+ so I asked her did she hear my code she said yes I said well I had the bogo she repeatedly clap her hands together I guess to show me she was in charge, she’s thorough, and she’s correct

This is the worst McDonald’s restaurant I have ever order . I do my order on the McDonald’s app to be curbside pick-up I wait 20 minutes on my parking spot after 20 minutes I went inside to looking for my order the cashier said is going to be ready in a few minutes or was ready after 20 minutes . After 40 minutes my order was finally done. I drive back to my home , went I get home the order was partial wrong I has to comeback to the store and ask to speak with the manager she checked the order and said 2 sandwiches are right and she only replace the other 4 wrong sandwiches. Now I get home 4 sandwiches are good hot and 2 sandwiches are cold and tastes bad. After 2 hours wasted and $20 dollars I decided to share my experience. I expected McDonald’s tried to resolve this problems on the future.

So I come here literally all the time and was shocked to see how many people left low stars or negative reviews . Food quality has never been an issue here and if you look at the comments it’s a bunch of people complaining I’m guessing because they can’t cook themselves or just hate the world . If anything these kids need a raise , this store is always heavily packed I’m guessing because of the location . Even at midnight the line is extremely long not because of bad customer service but lack of workers willing to work. So to criticize these young people who clearly are still in high school no more than first year in college is sad . Take your kids home and feed them healthy food, the customers isn’t always right and you can’t fault them if there clearly working super hard which I can attest to as I come here literally every night after leaving the gym. Give them a raise or leave them a tip jar so people who aren’t inconsiderate can leave them something showing there appreciation
