I dont know why I keep ordering food from McDonald’s. I guess the taste for fries kicked in. But yet here I am, experiencing hair in my food. AGAIN. Different location, but hair still. What is it about McDonald’s employees not covering their hair and being in food? It’s ridiculous.

I HIGHLY advise that you check your order before pulling away from the drive thru. Two combo meals is all that weordered. There was already three cars in front of us parked waiting on their orders. Two cars in front of us ended up going back inside because they gave the wrong food. Then FINALLY we get our order and guess what….it was wrong. One sandwich missing and wrong size fries. Went inside to get it corrected. The manager puts the missing sandwich in a separate bag and attempts to keep the remaining food we already paid for. Even arguing with my husband and he AGAIN had to show the receipt of what we paid for vs what was in the bag the manager gave us. She begins speaking in spanish to the employees because we’re not leaving without getting the food we paid for. When I asked for a refund she THEN she THROWS our bag of food (that she was going to keep) on the counter at my husband with no apology of the mix up. We go to our car and guess what. Another car who was waiting in front of us had to send them back inside to correct their order as well. Take caution going here to get your food, they will give you the incorrect order, not apologize and then get smart when you ask to receive the items that YOU ALREADY PAID FOR and the manager may even throw your bag of food at you. Very unprofessional!!!!

I don’t go to McDonald’s typically, but went to the drive-through at 10:53 am today and ordered a sausage egg Mcmuffin. After paying at the window, I was asked to park at app parking spot #1 until my order was ready. A few minutes later, an employee came out with food and approached other waiting customers with the orders. She proceeded to ask people to open the food item to check if it was theirs. I watched a guy in the car next to mine unwrap my sandwich to check to see if it was his order before it got to me. I don’t know how many people opened my order before I received my mcmuffin. Not good food handling practice, won’t be back.
