Why 2*’s, firstly be VERY AWARE of the DRINKS here. The all tasted like MILDEW & MOLD & WERE NOT CONSUMABLE. AT ALL. 2ndly, the Bacon Ranch Chicken Sandwich that cost $6 ALONE.. Looked nothing like it’s shown to be & was seriously smaller than anywhere else. The girl who did the curbside order was polite & respectful.

I am following this place because they have ingenuine person working there. I bought 1 lunch meal on 8/6/22, but I was charged twice, The guy asked me if I need receipt and I said no! But 3 days later, I saw I was charged twice -one charge 12,04 Pm and the other charge 12,58 Pm. This is not a good place to buy anything.

I generally don’t eat take out food, except when traveling. I tend to stay away from these places because most of them cut back on ingredients, are dirty, and the staff generally underpaid and don’t care. This place was an exception. It was very clean, very well organized, the staff all wore their masks (as required by law at the time) and we’re polite and patient. The manager/managers of this place clearly has/have all of their ducks in a row. No wonder this place was so darn busy at 1:45 PM on a Sunday afternoon! I hope that they can keep it up.

Corrected from one star to three stars because I don’t want to make those providing good services look bad. But I still have a big problem. Early in the morning, there is a manager(?) who really doesn’t know what he’s doing. And this is a repeating experience. This morning my mobile order via app disappeared. Once inquired, this manager said they didn’t receive it. Then, the natural course of action is to receive the missing order again in person. Instead, he looked at me like a lost child and walked back. The kiosk was not available, and no cashier showed up in five minutes. I, who initially ordered via mobile app, walked away without anything I wanted. I am not interested in doing any more business with this place for breakfast.

This location seems to be a little slow. I think it may be because of staff not being at the proper population. Some staff aren’t as friendly as expected, but they aren’t necessarily unprofessional. It’s the “this is just a job” attitude. I still go here occasionally without persuading, but not my first choice. (The subway in the next plaza is my preferred quick stop, the staff and food is worth the stop)
