I don’t expect amazing service from any McDonald’s but this is just ridiculous. In the drivethrough I ask if the quarter pounder deluxe has mayo (cuz I want to have mayo but no ketchup or mustard) after being asked 5 times to repeat myself, adding then taking off another sandwich, her consensus was to add extra mayo without ever actually answering my question. Then when I go up to pay I ask another person the same question hoping maybe I can get what I actually wanted and he had the same understanding of the English language that the girl did and answered almost the same way so I just said nevermind as politely as I could and now I am eating a quarter qounder deluxe with ketchup mustard and mayo. Would also like to add that I’m not really mad at the workers but at whoever hired someone who doesn’t understand the native language for a job that requires only to understand and speak that language. Maybe cook would have worked better?
