Hello what a lovely morning… Where to begin So from the lady attitude at drive-thru like she doesn’t want to be there, to driving home choking on a steak egg and cheese bagel that had a big piece of something in it to a call to 911 because I’m choking but can’t get nothing out, to driving fast to get home because my wife a CNA to do heimlich maneuver it was a blessed morning… all I can say inspect your food it’s crazy how eating here can be a safety hazard

Everytime I come here I get the same results. Terribly cooked food even for McDonald’s standards. Complete mess when you open up your sandwich. Fries looked to be about 3 hours old at least. My frappe looked like they dumped iced coffe in a cup with no blending. Kid was apologetic for the 20 minute wait. But not sure after three years of me going to this place they still haven’t managed to correct the problems with their employees…

When I did call the woman I’m assuming was the manager very very nice and she appreciated mean letting her now because she doesn’t like to run the store that way.

This is the worst McDonalds in the Bel Air area. It is closest to home, but will have to start going elsewhere. The fries are always limp, cold and salt is rarely present. Service is slow on the inside, the crew members are distant and rude. The filet of fish I had was extremely crooked, had to reconstruct it so I could eat it properly. The Big Mac had very little sauce.

Honestly…. It is McDonalds…. I try not to complain and simply accept it for what it is. How flipping hard is it to make a McFlurry….. I think it was $4.99 and I paid .60 more for extra oreo…. What did I get? The always unmixed cup of soft serve with about 1/2 of a normal amount of oreo, NO extra that I paid for. Thanks for selling me a $6 cup of soft serve. I literally just threw it in the trash. Next time I go, can the person taking my order just remind me to skip the McFlurry and just give $6 to some random person so it has a purpose instead of me throwing it in the trash.
