Someone is DEFINITELY getting fired lol. 28 nuggets (25 in the picture and 3 that I ate) in a 20 piece! They weren’t bad either, crispy and cooked pretty well. Still removing a star because the soda spilled over all the food in the bag they gave during the Curbside delivery.

We’ve been stopping here almost every weekend for the past 17 years. I’m not sure what has happened in the past 6-9 months but they forget something every single time, straws, fries, burgers, the bacon off my bacon egg and cheese sandwich! Yep I got an egg and cheese biscuit. Or they give you the wrong order all together. A few weeks ago they told us to pull up to the last window to wait. 15 minutes later we had to go inside to see what was going on, they had completely forgotten about us when they can clearly see us from the drive through window. This place is so disappointing I think it’ll be worth the extra money spent to just go to Wendy’s!

Food is over cooked, don’t get the right order, the refuse to give drink carriers for 6 drinks, they are rude disrespectful and provide horrible service all around. I had to ask 3 times for my daughter’s apple juice that came with her happy meal and they still made a huge ordeal about it. They forgot 3 burgers and refused to give them to us. This location and plum tree are the worst ever!

I never have a great experience at Mc Donalds and I try not to have unrealistic expectations. There is always a line. However, I was able to give my food back and ask for hot food and it was given to me without too much fuss. That is rare. Coming to McDonald’s and receiving cold Fries shouldn’t be a thing at this point everyone knows you want HOT fries, it’s one of the best things they have and something most people desire to have from their so it’s confusing to me that staff gets upset about people asking for hot fries. I will always wait for my fries if I have to. I try not to frequent any McDonald’s locations due to the bad service tho but everyone now and again you crave a fry or two from McDonald’s.

I ordered on the app so I could just go get my food. The cashier had my order wrong to which I corrected her. I pull up to the food window and say hi how are you and was handed the wrong bag to which I noticed as I began to pull off. So I stopped and stayed in the line but passed the window. The lady told me I could pull around and I told her I got the wrong order. She then told me that she asked me if I had a big Mac and I told her yes. I said no I didn’t. She then said well I need that bag back then. And I said well how am I supposed to get it to you and she then walked away from the window. She was rude to me because she messed up. I was nothing but nice and understanding. Another person came to the 3rd window, gave me my order which was actually old and tasted gross. And they took back the wrong order and I can only assume are going to give it to the person that originally ordered it. Disgusting attitude and disgusting hygiene of this location.

Worst Mc Donald’s ever. Ordered a happy meal with our order but didn’t get it, had to go back for it and still they couldn’t even get that right; no toy, no apple slices like we asked for, and fries where cold and soggy. Third time we have been to this place and I guess from now on I’ll go to the one closer to the Wegmans area.

My son and I visited this McDonald’s on 04/18. Upon walking into the store the first thing we heard was an employee LOUDLY saying “Ugh, I hate people.” To which another employee responded “Well, then this probably isn’t the job for you.” My son looked at me and said “That’s unprofessional.” and he’s correct, it is very unprofessional. Other than that the food was done quickly and correctly.

Walk in. No one in front to take order. They see you and ignore you. Had to self order and pick out a table number to be delivered to you AT the table. No receipt. They yell your number not bring out. All tables dirty! Sticky floors. No napkins. Food was thrown together. Had fish filet and half the tarter sauce laying in box not on sandwiche. 1/2 piece cheese. Cheese burger half cheese off sandwich and dried out. No ketchup. BAD SERVICE!
