I think they had 2 people working on a Friday night at 9pm..placed an order on the app I’m 20min away got there an waited 10 Minutes at the window had people leaving the line behind me. My iced coffee was creamer. I ordered a double quarter pounder with bacon no bacon and the fries sucked which is usually the 1 thing I look forward to. Was my first an last time here and it’s not just this location that’s customer service doesn’t exist anymore.

Not a good McDonald’s to stop at, especially when you are in a hurry. They got the order wrong which I had to correct. They had no customer service as I paid. They forgot parts of our order. There were no napkins in the bags. In short, a 15 minute experience that felt like 30, and poor service.

It’s a McDonald’s at the end of the day. Most of the drive thru staff have always been friendly but the food orders in my case often get switched up or things forgotten. Not the mention the fact that they shut down the dining room randomly without any notice or signs.
