I have no idea what is up with all the fast food restaurants in Crofton/ Gambrills area, but they are all horrible. This particular McDonald’s is absolute trash. Online it says they close at midnight but they rush everyone’s orders after 10 so they can lock up by 10:30. Tonight was the worst experience I ever had anywhere. We placed the order around 10 pm and when we got our food all the fries were under cooked and still partially frozen. All my burgers were so rock hard and cold it’s clear they have been sitting there for at least three hours. We went back around to have them remake the entire order. This time I was missing two burgers and the food was still just bad. We waited an extra ten minutes and by the time they came back with the order my sons slurpee was melted and I asked for a remake and they said they already shut down everything. I am so sick of McDonald’s but my kids enjoy it so I am stuck ordering it sometimes. Why don’t I just try the other McDonald’s on route 3? Because they are just as bad as this one.

Ok so since they have added the option of ordering for your self it has improved my opinion. Less interaction with the staff at the location is you best bet. They are rude, unhappy, not helpful and could give a shit ..and they let you know it. Some customer centric at all. Regardless that it’s a McDonald’s..it is a brand and a restaurant and particularly at this one staff make you feel like you have inconvenience them for asking them to do their job. The food is fine. They don’t pay attention to special requests, and God forbid you ask. It’s better to preorder or self order is all I am saying. It’s relatively clean. No wipes were available at door which they should have esp since they have a stand. It is what is..but it could be decent if the staff and management cared

Don’t ask for condiments with your order because they will forget them. They take your money shuffle you off to the next window give your drink and then either make you go to yet another window or park in the parking lot and then wait for approximately 10 minutes before they bring you your food. Make sure you check the bag when they do because most likely your order is either wrong or they forgot something. I asked for my condiments at the drink window and was told she would make sure they put them in the bag with the food. 10 minutes later when I got my bag no condiments.. The same person who told me she would make sure I got them is the one that handed me the food. She’s also the same person who handed me the condiments when I walked back in after not receiving them with the order. Not an apology. I’m not even sure if she remembered telling me 10 minutes earlier she would make sure they would be in the bag with the food. I had to get her attention because she was too busy talking to 2 other coworkers standing in the back by the soda machines.

The worst experience ever. Manager took my order and she answered he Apple Watch and told me hold on a sec. Then rushed me to order. When I looked at my receipt she had the wrong stuff that I order then told me u ordered a number 1 when I told her 4 times I wanted a number 5.
