Ordered late night dinner through the McDonalds app, instead of getting a decent experience I ended up missing half of my order and when I went to enjoy the food I did receive, my burger was completely undercooked. I called to inform them that the meal was undercooked to try and avoid someone else having the same issue, however the person that answered the phone was rude and when I told them what was going on I was hung up on. I will not be going back to this location.

I order a steak egg in cheese bagel every morning..yesterday my beagle was burnt to a crisp and it was inedible … I decide to let it go and move on with my day…today I went back and ordered it again this time the bagle wasn’t only burnt to a crisp and inedible but they also lathered it in Big Mac sauce instead of the breakfast sauce….

I had the most fantastic McDonalds experience ever today! I learned how to use the McDonalds app, and let me tell you, you can really get some GOOD bargains! Today the helpful lady behind the counter was able to assist me in narrowing down which deal would be best for me. I was able to get two McChickens and a 10 Piece Nuggets for only $3.71!

I don’t expect much from fast food other than adequate food, at a reasonable price, and served quickly. Oh, and for once in my life, what I ordered! Why can’t my order be correct? The receipt and multiple screens all over the place tell exactly what is ordered, yet time after time there seems to be something lost between when I order and when I receive my order.

This was a typical McDonald’s experience. I rarely ever go to a McDonald’s and this experience underscores the reasons why. You had to order at a kiosk which was which was clumsy and non intuitive to me. The food was fair at best and the service not really any better. But this is what I come to expect from McDonald’s.
