So I went to this location on Sunday and ordered for the 2/19/2023 and ordered my double quarter pounder with cheese meal. When I got my receipt, I saw it was correct way I wanted my burger to be made. After driving back home to put the groceries up, I proceeded to eat the food with my family only to see my burger was completely wrong. I’ve been calling this location for the past 3 days and no one will pick up the phone. I’ve attached photos to this review showing how my food was made incorrectly. All I wanted was only 3 ingredients ketchup mayo and cheese and they got it wrong. I understand that you want the line to move but moving fast and getting the order wrong by time I picked it up is just baffling to me. Yeah I should have checked it at the window but I had a 4yr old ready to eat her McDonald’s while it was hit and fresh.

Went throught the drive thru and not only was there a car completely blocking it but when I got to the window to pay for my order the guy wouldn’t run my Discover card and said “We don’t take Discover here” even though the sign right next to him said otherwise and I’ve never had an issue at any other location. I asked him since when and he refused to respond. Felt shady like he wanted a debit card specifically.

Awful service. They were listed as closed on the app when clearly open, so I was unable to use any of the deals or rewards. The electronic order machine does not let you pay which is counter intuitive if you’re going to order on it then pay. After using it I waited 20 minutes inside, while watching about 20 cars complete their drive thru order.

This McDonald’s location charges you a $.05 plastic bag fee when they give out paper bags. I asked for a refund and they said sorry their systems were updated to charge the fee during Covid but they don’t know how to take the fee out of the system when they switched to paper bags.
