Went through the drive-thru on my way to work and despite it not being busy was asked to pull into a parking spot to wait for hashbrowns before I could receive my order; ended up waiting 10+ minutes meanwhile all the cars behind me received their food and I’m 99% sure all those people also ordered hashbrowns. Had to leave before I could receive my food so that I could be to work on time. It’s not “fast food” if you have to wait that long for it when it isn’t even crowded.

Drive thru had a 9 or 10 car line so walked inside and drive thru and Uber eats / Door dash orders take priority over in person customers. Waited 15 minutes for a McChicken. No exaggeration. In their defense small staff and they were working their tails off. I think they have just been trained to make the drive thru and mobile orders first priority.

Service was bad, floor had what looked like to be soda or something of the sort and I even said to my company that someone should’ve cleaned it because it was a lawsuit waiting to happen. It stayed on the floor the whole time and it took awhile to get waited on. The owner needs to get rid of the whole staff and get some people that truly appreciate the opportunity. Respond back to me I know a few , cause what you have are a bunch of liabilities.

The past five times going through drive through I was asked to pull to a parking spot to wait for my other. None of these times were busy, and the orders weren’t complicated. Simple McDoubles and McChickens. Going inside is absolutely disappointing, waited 15 minutes before I was even greeted, the employees were busy screaming at a drive through customer instigating an altercation. I asked rather loudly if anyone was working the register, so they could hear me over the yelling. After placing my order for a large sweet tea, I finally received it another 13 minutes later.

Complete chaos behind counter.. the young cashier seemed to have an attitude with me because she kept ringing up my order incorrectly.. it wasn’t complicated at all, simply 2-bacon egg n cheese McMuffins & 2- sausage egg n cheese McGriddles. A manager had to come over and finish ringing in our order & instructed the girl ( more than once) to clean up a big spill on the diningroom floor.. another customer waiting in line informed 3 different employees that their coffee pot was brewing & running over all over the back counter n floor.
