Probably the worst service I have ever received at a McDonald’s. It took almost 30 m8nutes to get served our food. While I was at the location the lobby filled up with about 20 people. There were no employees working at the front of the store and they were only concentrating on helping people who were at the drive through or using door dash. I had to go and ask for ketchup because there is none available in the lobby. The employee gave me 3 packets for the $35 of food that we ordered. The food came out luke warm as if it had been sitting around for some time. All of this could have been avoided if they had a single employee paying attention to the people who are actually in the store. Horrible experience.

The last time I came here for lunch was back in the summer of 2012, and just about every crew member was moving like clockwork. My lunch was ready in less than 10 minutes. That was back then. Recently, I used McDonald’s mobile app to order 1 Large Premium Roast Coffee and pick it up in person ten minutes later. It was late in the morning, and the restaurant was not packed with customers at all. And yet, my order was not ready for pick up. I had to wait around for nine more minutes before one of the crew members came out of the kitchen and handed me a cup of coffee. Worse, a gentleman with grey hair stopped by to order something, but since no one was standing behind the cashier’s counter, he waited for a few minutes and left in frustration. Oh, those self-service ordering kiosks…. 3 out of 4 of them were out of service. How about that?! And the men’s restroom… only cold water was running, the soap dispenser was working fine, but the sink needed cleaning work.

This location needs some serious help. Over the last several visits my food order was incorrect. Once I too my sandwich back because either got a double quarter qounder and they literally took my sandwich and put another patty on it… like why couldn’t I get a fresh sandwich? Just now sat in drive through and the 1st lane had 3 people helped before someone came to get my order… so bad… it took so long the person behind me honked at me like it was my fault… so bad… on the other hand… I have learned that taco bell breakfast is pretty good… and they haven’t messed my order up… literally 5 of my past 7 visits were terrible

We walked in a unkempt white girl at the register kept walking by us like she refusing to serve us, and then when she asked us what we wanted, she got cross with us and threw at us instead of just telling us what the price was when we asked. Very nasty person …then she wanted to argue over nothing. She should not be dealing with customers. Very unprofessional. Went back the next day just to get a coke slurpy and since she was there again we walked out. We didn’t even want to see her face. We asked to speak to a manger and they said no manager was there.

Went the night before last and the sevice/food was on point. Then I went tonight around 9:30…. lol. Food was sloppy, Front register cashier was non existent, mens restroom was completely unsanitary (I know, I know…. its a restroom). Manager on duty (Older black woman short hair glasses) was not courteous, helpfull and honestly…. very unprofessional. Probably the last time I go to this locations during the evening/night. Eat Mor Chikin!
