Pathetic waste of skin people running this joint. Stay away. I ordered a McCrispy fried and drink, they said the soda machine wasn’t working, and I had to order something else. I ordered a milk shake and they said they only had Vanilla. They still upcharged me for the shake, and then made me wait while three different people struggled replace the paper roll in their printer. Of course they don’t start working on the order until the receipt is printed, they could care less if someone had to catch a flight. Then when they finally served me the sandwich it was a burnt, twice-nuked piece of chicken with nothing else, sitting all by itself inside a dry squished “bun.” I would not serve it to my dog! Almost $13 for something not fit for human consumption.

About the worst McDonald’s ever. Staff is useless. Took almost half hour to get a cup of coffee!!! And when the coffee arrived it came with a surprise at the bottom of the cup, a half inch of coffee grounds. Brain dead.

7-9-23 @ 12:10 PM. The young lady waiting on me didn’t care if I was a customer nor was she paying attention. She just stood there looking around like she didn’t want to be there. The manager moved slower than me (I’m 67 years old with a bad back) and sure didn’t act like she cared to be there as well. I ordered a meal and waited 15 minutes to get it with only 2 orders ahead of me. The bottled water was warm like it just came out of a warehouse. I noticed employees of the airport were slipped food and drinks thru the right side of the window without being in line or paying for it. What’s that all about? The only positive team member was a very tall young man trying to get orders out in the kitchen and he had a smile on his face unlike his other team members. Maybe he should be promoted to manager and hire all new staff taking orders. The management knows you are passing thru and will probably never see you again. Plus there aren’t enough restaurants open to give them any competition. It’s a poor excuse for a McDonald’s!!

Very fast checkout! Friendly cashiers. There were a lot of us ordering (maybe 25) so it took about 7 minutes for our food to be made, but I’d say that was good for the rush hour of breakfast at 7:20 am. Breakfast burritos were 2 for $3 which I thought was reasonable for an airport.

Ordered online and waited 25 minutes but then was notified that they don’t take mobile orders after 9pm :/ Finally got my meal after 10-15 minutes of reordering with cashier: fries were stale and flavorless, and chicken nuggets were okay but they didn’t give me the sauces I had requested. Carbonated drinks weren’t working today, they had no ketchup, straw wrappers were littered on the ground, and employees weren’t timely and seemed to not care about customers. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

The absolute worst spot. Employees are EXTREMELY rude, slow and entitled. Out of everything else but chicken nuggets and spicy chicken sandwiches. Waited about 20 minutes and almost lost my flight because I was waiting on my food. Very few people in line so not sure why the delay! The girl making the sandwiches was moving SO slow! Seriously if they don’t want to work there, there’s other places then can go. When I asked the people in there if my order was ready because the door to my flight was about to close, they completely ignored me. I asked 4 times before finally one of the ladies responded with a very ugly face to just wait for it. I had to gift my food to someone next to me and run to my gate. Waste of time and disgusting attitudes. Do NOT purchase here!

The cashier was so nice but I asked for some extra (ketchup) to go with my meal and when upon receiving the food and asking for it I was completely ignored by the lady who was bagging the food. I thought she didn’t hear me so I repeated myself and she finally turned around with an attitude and said “it’s not in the bag?”. Don’t be rude and nasty to people who did nothing to you. Over ketchup at that. Completely unnecessary behavior.

I am not sure what’s wrong with the owners of McDonald’s at terminal D BWI. there is always 1 person only taking orders. Like 2 people total working there and a mile long line. EVERYDAY. oh and they don’t take mobile orders so you can’t even skip the giant line. McDonald’s CORPORATE you need to fix this situation

Food was good but i couldn’t help but notice the nonchalance of the staff. Its mc Donald’s anyway , so what can we expect. Got some nuggets and spicy chicken sandwich. Both were good as i mentioned earlier, took about 7 minute to be given my order.
