When I was a kid working at McDonald’s I made French fries from hundred pound sacks of whole potatoes. And I served them hot and crispy like I was taught. The Centreville store can’t serve hot crispy fries they pour frozen from a bag. And when a customer returned their fries a new basket of fries went in the fry vat right away, cooked at the right temperature for the right amount of time, salted and tossed in the bin, bagged and served the way McDonald’s has always advertised one of their signature foods. When I make that request here it’s done grudgingly and they’re still served wrong. And you did it again tonight. I started at 95 cents an hour. And now crew members start at what, 10 or 12 bucks an hour? And a lot of things you serve don’t look much Iike they do in the ads. Sorry, I called it as I see it.

I’ll start off by saying I usually have a great experience at this McDonald’s but today was pretty bad. They completely skipped all the toppings on my chicken sandwich – I came home with two crispy buns and a piece of chicken – that’s it. They also forgot the cheese on both of my kid’s cheeseburgers. I can’t even fill out their survey on the receipt to complain about it properly because their receipts aren’t legible.

Don’t even bother with a Mobile Order. Every single time I order; the employees blow off any mobile order I send. They’re only focused on Drive-Thru and Curbside Pickup. The assistant managers are rude, unhappy and they act like they don’t want to be there. Multiple customers (including myself) are not happy with the ridiculous amount of time. It’s called Fast-Food for a reason! They General manager is the only good one. Don’t try to order Take-Out or place a mobile order.

I was asked by the amazing manager to leave a review via my receipt this morning but I couldn’t find it unfortunately. But whatever manager that was working this morning 10/26/22 was absolutely amazing. I had some mobile order troubles before breakfast had ended this morning before 11am and she went above and beyond to get me exactly what I needed. The people working were great, the service was great, and of course the manager was great. Thank you for an awesome morning!
