My special order cheeseburger was made incorrectly, as I was in the drive thru I had to park and go in. I was greeted by the manager, shift leader and 3 crew reading texts off the shift leaders phone. When a crew pointed out I was there the manager finished reading the text before attending to me. Without an ounce of curiosity she took the incorrectly made burger and asked to have the burger remade, she promptly went back to reading the texts. When the remake was ready it was handed to me with barely an apology. I left feeling offended and inconvenient to them. Once in my car I discovered that the remake was incorrectly made too. Ridiculous, I’ll never go back and it’s easy to see why they have only a 3.4 star rating. Don’t stop here, travel on to another establishment.

The food is just like any other Macdonald’s, however, the person at the first drive through window made a mistake on my order. I went in and acknowledged that there was some miscommunication on my order and I was told that they had just switched systems and that the person who took my order may not have known the difference between the Big Breakfast and the one that came with hotcakes. The manager corrected the mistake IMMEDIATELY and were understanding of the issue.

Clowns, Ronald McDonald wouldn’t even approve. These clowns are uninterested in assisting people standing in front of them, empty lobby 3 in the afternoon 4 people waiting to place an order and for 20 minutes 3 employees focused only on drive through. McDonald’s is not worth waiting 20 minutes for and if you can’t greet customers and tell them what’s going on you’re not employable.

Terrible service, I will definitely not go back there!!! I just went through a Frappé using my rewards and ended up buying a breakfast. I took the mobile order option and they simply brought breakfast and not the frappé and I called and said that the machine was damaged, which I did not hear very well since I was dealing with my baby at that precise moment and I was waiting if perhaps they would bring my frappé, I waited for 20 minutes and I had to go ask and it turns out that at that moment a nice lady who works there did ask me if I wanted something in return… I’m so disappointed

Lazy workers if you place an order for here on the kiosk u take a number and they bring the food to you but they dont and they just place the food out there asuming tou will outomatically know its your food .
