Upper management was at this location, there were employees standing around. Took almost 10 minutes for someone to take my order and almost 15 minutes to receive my order and I was the only one in there. I only went there since I wanted something quick. There are many other restaurants in area that a quicker.

While I understand that the restaurant may be short-staffed, I have been disappointed with my experiences at the drive-through. Even when ordering just a few items during off hours (3:30 pm and 9 pm), I’ve been asked to pull aside and wait for my order to be brought out to me. This has happened on multiple occasions, which is frustrating. I hope they are able to address employment issue soon, as it detracts from an otherwise pleasant experience because I love Micky D’s and that’s why I’m giving it two stars. I wish you nothing but the best.

The absolute worst service ever. Pulled up to the e drive thru. The employee states “Whatch you need”. My order was over microwaved, the sandwich was wrapped improperly. Was told to get from cashier who said she had no authority. Asked for manager, who refused to come to counter. Left after 20 more minutes, without food or refund.
