I passed by this McDonald’s and decided to buy a couple of bagel sandwiches on Mother’s Day. When I got home they were so burned that made wonder about the food quality I am used to. I returned to the store and showed the manager on duty the sandwiches. She told me that their equipment was burning the food. I asked her for quality control. She had them remade and I bought a 3rd one.

These girls just laughed at us and refused to open the window when we were just trying to get a refund on a mobile order. The order went through and said it was ready for pick up at the drive thru but then when we got to the window they said they wouldn’t help refund. Btw, there’s no way to refund through the app, it has to be through the register of the McDonald’s you order from. Yes, the restaurant is closed by 8 minutes— so the order shouldn’t have charged us & they should’ve been able to refund us.

I guess there was some alarm or whatever and the store was closed during the day and I had to wait in the drive through for my order but when I got my caramel frappe it was not even blended and like iced sandy coffee. I asked for another one but they just gave me the same thing. I didn’t want to make a big fuss over a 3$ drink but like this place sucks even for a McDonald’s like if your blenders are broken let me know for a refund or I can get something else

Needed something in my empty tummy, and stopped here. Haven’t had a McDonald’s hamburger and cheeseburger in a long time, and I ordered one of each and a small fries. The service was pretty good. I mist have waited about 5 mins total. I ordered inside the restaurant. The good was good as expected. The restaurant was pretty clean and looked recently renovated. I think many McDonald’s were renovated during covid. The employees were OK. Not friendly, not rude. They don’t say anything. They don’t smile. I am starting to expect it from McDonald’s. Maybe it’s a cultural thing. Starbucks and Bojangles definitely have the most consistent customer service. I always feel welcome at a Bojangles with friendly service, and I have eaten at Bojangles in central/southern VA, NC and SC. Starbucks employees are very polite.

Oh, where do I even begin with McDonald’s curbside pick up? What an absolute disaster of an experience! I ordered through their supposedly convenient curbside service, only to be left waiting like a lost soul in limbo for over 10 agonizing minutes. We ordered thru DoorDash and got no food. Only drinks. When we tried to call the facility the call wouldn’t go thru. This place is trash. Don’t order from them. Ever! They always mess up orders and then get mad at the customers for their mistakes. Terrible place. Just horrible service and no accountability from anyone.

I went though the drive through and ordered Unsweet Ice tea. Sterted to pull away and took a drink, sweetest sweet tea i ever tasted! Went in to fix it and everyone seemed very confused about what unsweet tea was. They eventually figured it out and started making it. In the hour or so wait 3 other customers had issues because of communication issues. I understand language barriers and diversity and inclusion but only having one english speaking employee in a restaurant makes things difficult. I recommend ordering off the kiosk. I will say that the manager was very nice though.
