Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs. Food is terrible and never correctly made. Items are usually wrong and employees are rude. If you want McDonald’s I would recommend either the one on Old Keene Mill and Lee Chapel or the one on Rolling Rd just before the car wash. Customer service is great and food is usually done exactly as requested and is fresh. No hard crusty buns or burnt husk like fries and Items are all included right down to the number of ketchup packets you ask for. It’s worth going a few extra minutes down the road to avoid wasting your money on bad food and surly employees.

This McDonald’s is really great. They get your order right when you ask for deviations from the normal prep. It is clean inside. The fries are fresh and doesn’t have that old grease taste. Their buns are not stale. They do a great job. This should be the model McDonald’s for training purposes.

It’s not Chick-fil-A but it’s better than most McDonald’s for it’s speed and efficiency. I’m writing this review to do the store and customer a service. I was using the drive through and the young man short changed me by $3, he thinks people are just gonna take whatever changes and not gonna check them. So I came back to the window to confront him and I saw the $3 was set aside, probably intentionally.

The food is always fresh. I have had some great employees wait on me and some be rude and make me uncomfortable. One time they gave me the wrong order and I asked five times to make sure that when I paid ahead of time by cash to the drive-through, but I didn’t pay for someone else’s order. I don’t understand how it is so incredibly difficult for these people to get an order right. You would think that a PLAIN burger would be easier to make than one with 4 different condiments and onions that I don’t want. In addition, my cheeseburger didn’t even have any bacon on it even though I paid for a bacon double cheeseburger. They literally did not get a single aspect of my order correct other than the fact that I asked for two patties. I don’t ever plan on eating at this dumpster fire of a “restaurant” ever again and I advise you not to either.
