I visit this place every Friday to sort of celebrate the end of the work week and the start to the weekend. I’m always greeted by the same gentleman in the drive thru every time. Pretty small skeleton crew and he’s handling it all. Talking orders, moving and o the next window, bagging orders, handing out orders. He does it all in stride. I’m giving 5 stars because of this guy. He’s a hard worker and it’s so refreshing to see. This guy deserves a raise or some sorts or a promotion. I’d like to hear back on what can be done. It saddens me that he works there and instead of what most of us do and head home, he walks down the street to catch a bus to his second job to work another 8 hours. I get it with franchises. I worked at McDonald’s growing up and my buddy’s uncle owned 3 of them. People think your raking in 100’s of millions of dollars a year. The brand/corporation is but the individual owned stores are not. Whatever you can do for this man would be awesome! Thanks! -Matt

When I picked up a mobile order earlier inside the restaurant today, the Hispanic woman inside by the front desk, flat out ignored me and looked over at me a few times but never said anything. This has happened once before. She decided to help other customers first who later on, were paying at the restaurant for their food (not using kiosks). This person who glaringly, has no customer service, deliberately made the pickup time for my mobile order longer than it should be. To say that she took her sweet time, helping out other in-store customers and people at the drive-through is a complete understatement. I’m considering going to other McDonald’s locations in the future. I remember a time, years ago, when this McDonald’s location was just superior in customer service, efficiency, friendliness and attentiveness. Now, not so much. It’s pretty much the exact opposite of what it used to be and I think that a lot of it is caused by the lazy, rude new employees hired recently for this location. I would definitely not recommend this location unless you like employees taking their time with your order, ignoring you, and have complete lack of customer service. What’s funny is that both times, this lady took her time with my orders which were all mobile, prepaid orders. Each experience was worse than the last, if you can even believe that.

I have nothing negative too say about the restaurant, employees or service. This is all about whoever thought putting candy pieces in vanilla ice cream and calling it Strawberry Shortcake. Seriously? I have never had something so misleading. I thought it would have strawberries (syrup), chunks short cake and maybe some whipped cream. I looked at the picture on the app and didn’t see strawberries but it was a picture, I didn’t expect it too be precise. I need better glasses for sure! Don’t waste your money in my opinion! I could have spent way less for a vanilla cone and it would have been better! A lesson learned for sure! Go too an actual ice cream shop for a strawberry shortcake!

Some of the shifts at this store are fantastic. If you have the misfortune to patronize this location during a bad shift, your order will be wrong, will be missing an item, or will just be terribly made. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve ordered a modification on a burger only to receive the EXACT opposite of what was requested. Do not leave the drive through window without checking everything.

Very slow drive through. Once you’re in line you will be stuck because there is no way out unless you’re either at the front or at the rear. How is this not some sort of building code violation?

I did a mobile order and My food came out pretty quick but I wanted some sauces and I’m on my lunch break mind you. I’m trying to go in and out, one of the Hispanic ladies with blonde hair looked at me about three times and ignored me. I understand it can be busy but I’m also on a time frame. I don’t think I should have to wait a long minute to ask for something as simple as sauces. That should already be at the front. And also the fries are way too salty, could seriously make someone’s blood pressure go up.

Ordered the sausage egg and cheese McGriddle from here and I wanted to break out and do a happy dance. Nothing was over cooked or undercooked, it wasn’t hastily prepared and it got here while it was warm. Also ordered a caramel frappe and 2 OG sausage burritos and all came to perfection. I been sleeping on the breakfast menu that’s for sure

It’s Micky D’s. Typical fast food product. Sandwich is just slapped together. Too much sauce, just kind of a sloppy mess and can’t taste anything but the huge slop of sauce. Go here as a last resort.
